When you're planning for camp, you think about who you'll see, what you need to pack and what God will do that week. Not very many of us think about registering. We're going to ask, though, that you do take a moment to think about registration. If you'll register now, it helps us in so many ways - we have an informed idea of how many craft supplies we'll need for the kids. We can make better guesses about how much food we'll need for things like coffee break. It will reduce wait time once you get to the camp office AND it will save Maple Grove staff and volunteers many hours inputting data into a spreadsheet at camp when they would rather be visiting with others and attending activities.
By filling out the applicable form for each person in your family/group and clicking "submit" at the bottom of each form, a spreadsheet will automatically be created compiling all this data before we even arrive at camp on July 2. It'll help us out - big time!
PLEASE NOTE: Within the forms, you have to scroll down using the blue bar on the right side of the forms (Not the far right bar on your computer screen, but the bar within the form). If you don't scroll down using this bar, you will not be able to see the "submit" button. Once you properly submit your form, the screen will actually say, "Thanks! Your response has been recorded."
